When you can’t think of anything exciting for dinner and you’re just too lazy to go to the supermarket, it’s important to raid the fridge and then apply the garlic, chilli and parmesan principle to it. When we lived in Australia, this meant a lot of chorizo pasta but now that we’re in Sri Lanka, it’s evolved to become this maybe-even-more-delicious broccoli pasta. If you’re thinking that it’s sacrilegious to suggest anything, anything at all could possibly be more delicious than chorizo, well you’re probably right, but this is still pretty damn good.
